kureyon or whatever it is called has got to be the most expensive yarn made out of the lowest quality wool - won't even get into the ugly part as you've covered that nicely
i'm sorry to say that i actually bought some for a sweater as was called for from one of the few books out there with patterns for men
got the back done before i admitted to myself that it was darn ugly and i wouldn't wear it
now, not all japenese yarn is bad (probably from imported wool)- Diakeito is nicely colored (much more subtle), good wool and not quite so pricey for decent yardage
